In this class, you will learn resist techniques, apply them to a solid velvet scarf, and dye it with Fiber Reactive Procion Dyes. The dyes are permanent, ensuring many years of wearing enjoyment. Dyeing luxurious velvet is Amazing!
A rayon silk velvet scarf with or without fringe (TBD before class) is included. Dyes and materials are available during class.
This class will be easier than you think. No previous painting experience is needed!

Note: Fiber-reactive dyes rest for 24 hours. Your scarf will go home with you, to be washed and dried before wearing it.
