Learn to paint silk scarves with acrylic paint that behaves like dye. The paint is liquid, transparent, and permanent. We will use 100% Habotai silk scarves. You will explore different techniques and choose the ones you like to create a scarf. Your creation is finished at the end of class. You will be amazed at the results.
One silk scarf, a practice piece of silk, and a silk bag are included. Paint and materials are available during class.
This class will be easier than you think. No previous painting experience is needed!
Join me for a fun afternoon and get your friends to register too-it will be a fun group adventure.
Just so you are aware. Aprons and gloves are provided, but clothing may be subject to staining. Please wear articles of clothing that you don’t mind getting painted on, including shoes.
